Although there are some industries still in limbo, think restaurants and street level retail, the Post CoronaVirus economy is on fire right now.

Bricks and Mortar Office Anxiety Is Evaporating

The lockdowns forced companies to vacate their centralized bricks and mortar office space. Many lower and upper managers and CEOs, were sent into a tailspin of anxiety wondering how they were going to maintain control and cohesion of their teams. 

They asked themselves. How could our company be as productive without forcing everyone into a central physical hive everyday?

The managers and workers quickly adapted, and many benefits became quite clear. No more commuting meant more hours actually being worked by employees who were more alert and comfortable at the same time.

This model is going to be here for a long time.

Companies have gotten very lean. This meant eliminating workers that were no longer needed in this new virtual working model.

Virtual work has removed the necessity of proximity to work locations. This has exponentially increased the employee talent pool for companies to choose from.

But as importantly, it has given human resource departments and hiring managers the latitude to hire subcontractors with no care for proximity to an office either.

This is a tremendous opportunity for any independent company located anywhere. They can compete with talent in the major cities with a small percentage of the city based companies’ overhead.

Ideology Based Hiring And Promotions Is Rampant And Growing

We have turned a few corners on the Covid epidemic. Cases are down and leveled for months now. Deaths have leveled off. It is clear what age groups are at risk of illness. Now armed with the truth, fear has turned into frustration and anger. There is pent up demand to live and work again. 

A federal judge just ruled that the PA governor did not have the right to issue lockdown orders. This will find it’s way to the Supreme Court and hopefully will be the law of the land.

These lockdowns will not last much longer. 

The election will come and go and our economy is going to rally like never before. This is the time to get your own company started so you can take advantage. You should be putting all of the financial benefits of your labor in your pocket and not a large corporation. 

Before the lockdown we had the best US economy in our history and that stable economic base is simmering right now and ready to boil over.

The next few years are going to see more financial opportunity than any generation before us.
